Brokerage – 15 days rent / 50% of the first month’s rent on residential premises (which would be paid after finalizing the property)

The property possession is only provided after settlement of all dues i.e. Brokerage
Although we are always with you but it would be responsibility of the Owner to clarify all the terms and condition with the tenant and complete all process of agreement with IDs before giving him permission to enter into Premises .
Brokerage will be non refundable .
Police verification will be on the basis of mutual understanding between Owner and Tenant as per norms.
Brokerage for Sale / Buy of property is 1% of Price of the property .
Our other services charges
For Other services the amount of 5% of the bill amount is Charged as Convenience Fee.
GST is not applicable.
Assistance will be provided on the TDS on rent on Chargeable basis .
Rent Collection and Transfer Charges is 5% of the Amount .
